Custom Print & Design

Yes we can Custom Print,

Our products are great for fast turnaround times!!!

Simply select your product then the printing method, foil print colour and upload your artwork (vector file). We will do the rest!

Note - Print finish is dependent on artwork detail, size, and position.

We have foil print examples under the Custom Branding & Print heading.

Additional Production Time

Repeat Block & Production Time add - 2-3 business days.

New Print Block add - 2-3 business days to the Production Time above.

When ordering online you have the option to order them Plain at no extra charge OR with Print, extra charges apply, the options are as follows;

  1. None - No additional printing on my product with this option.
  2. Foil Deboss Print - New Print Block + Setup - This option will carry a charge to produce a Print Block and Printing Machine Setup.
  3. Foil Deboss Print - Use Repeat Block + Setup - In this option we use you Print Block that was previously ordered at No Charge and you are only Charge for the Printing Machine Setup.

Custom Print & Design - How to Order

How do I Order Printed Boxes or a Repeat Orders of Printed Boxes?

New Order New Artwork

  1. Select "Foil Deboss Print - New Print Block + Setup"
  2. Upload your artwork in a vector file (file prefix is normally - .ai or .eps or some .pdf)

Repeat Order Use Existing Artwork (no Print Block charge)

  1. Select "Foil Deboss Print - Use Repeat Block + Setup"
I want to order a few sizes of luxury boxes all together with Custom Print (these must be on the same order for the savings to apply) and use the sample Print Block/Artwork on all of my ordered boxes?

On the first product in you order

  1. Select "Foil Deboss Print - New Print Block + Setup"
  2. Upload your artwork in a vector file (file prefix is normally - .ai or .eps or some .pdf)

On every product in your order after the first product

  1. Select "Foil Deboss Print - Use Repeat Block + Setup"

This offers a big saving as you can use the same Print Block on all the sizes ordered.

I have an existing Print Block and want to repeat my print but I want to change my Phone Number on the Print Block?

The Print Block is etched metal and can’t be changed, if you want to change the phone number or anything else on the Print Block you will need to order a New Print Block, select "New Print Block + Setup" in the dropdown menu.

Custom Print & Design - Understanding the Process

We produce a Printing Block and using the selected Foil Colour we stamp this onto your product.

Note the Printing Block is a one-off cost and can be reused on future orders, select "Use Repeat Block".

Design

Vector File - I don’t have one! Then email us what you have (sales@DIYpackaging.com.au), and we can work out a quote to produce this for you.

What is the Printing Block?

It's etched from metal as per your artwork, its like a rubber stamp but made from metal.

I want to order a few sizes in your luxury boxes do I need a Printing Block for each size?

No you can use the same Printing Block for all the sizes you order now or future orders.

Box Inserts in Foam or Cardboard

Yes we can produce Foam or Cardboard Inserts for your order. See the heading "Insert for Boxes" for examples of our work.

Inserts can be designed to hold, bottles, candles, cosmetics, jewellery, product samples, sales products, gifts, keys etc.

Foam can be designed as a single layer and thickness in black or white or if you have the budget we can use multiple layers and add print or fabric material coverings to your insert.

Cardboard offers a cheaper alternative also supplied in black or white.

We can help with drawing/design of the cutouts for an additional design charge. Contact us for more information.

No charge if you can supply the design for the cut outs, files accepted, vector files such as Illustrator, Corel draw and some CAD files accepted. Contact us or email your file to sales@diypackaging.com.au and we can advise you correctly.

Payment

Payment is made and accepted through our shopping cart, we accept - Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal.

Currency is in AU$ and 10% GST has been applied.

Delivery/Shipping

All orders are sent within 24 hours (business days).

All Custom Print orders will incur additional production times see "Custom Print Orders".

We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Estimated Delivery Times;

  • Sydney CBD - 1-2 days
  • East Coast - 2-3 days
  • WA, NT & Rural Areas 5-7 days

All deliveries require a signature unless you select the "Authority to Leave" and we require clear instructions for your deliver to be left by the driver.

Once the order is submitted and collected by the delivery company, we cannot change the delivery address.

If a delivery is not made and is returned to us due to circumstances outside our control we will contact you, and an additional delivery will be charged at cost.

You can collect from our factory at no charge or select the type of delivery service you wish to employ, the prices are displayed prior to payment. When the courier/delivery driver has collected the order/goods we pass possession and responsibility to the recipient/purchaser.

Cancel or Make Changes To My Order

Samples can be ordered to check quality, sizing, and colour so we don’t accept returns unless the product is faulty.

Once the product is collected from our factory for delivery, we cannot cancel or make changes to your order, if you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us quickly.

Returns, Exchange or Damaged Goods

Samples can be ordered to check quality, sizing, and colour so we don’t accept returns unless the product is faulty.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us quickly. Once the product is collected from our factory for delivery it has left our possession, we cannot cancel your order.

Any claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your goods by email to sales@diypackaging.com.au, the email must contain the reason you wish to return the order/goods. Our staff will reply to your request and explain the process if to be returned.

Custom Made Bespoke Luxury Boxes

Yes we can produce custom made orders to any size, style of box, large range of covering materials and printing/embellishing options,

We offer 2 options:

  1. Australian Made - locally made in our factory for quick turn around in any quantity. Note setup costs for box making machinery ranges from $3,000 - $4,000 + per unit box cost.
  2. Overseas Production - is a cheaper option but Minimum quantities apply, and longer time frames allow 12 weeks. (not allowing for OS holiday periods and delays in shipping).
